What product specifications and types are available?
Currently, our brand mainly offers phone cases, including standard versions and MagSafe magnetic versions. All phone cases are compatible with iPhone devices.
Will the phone case affect MagSafe functions?
All items marked as MagSafe Magnetic Version have passed magnetic ring compatibility tests, supporting normal use of MagSafe chargers and accessories. Standard phone cases do not interfere with regular wireless charging, but stable MagSafe magnetic attraction is not guaranteed.
What are the product materials?
Phone cases are mainly made of high-quality TPU or hard PC material. Outer patterns are made via water transfer printing or flat printing for bright and long-lasting colors. Phone charms are crafted with premium alloy chains combined with natural or synthetic beads for comfortable wear.

How can partners view wholesale prices?
Verified partners can log into the partner account via mobile phone number and exclusive access code at the top right corner of the homepage to check wholesale price lists and place orders.
Can I modify my submitted order?
Orders pending confirmation can be cancelled directly in My Orders. Once orders are confirmed and enter preparation process, please contact customer service immediately if any changes are needed, and we will try our best to assist you.
